Bookings are confirmed only after written or electronic confirmation.
Cancellations must be made within the agreed notice period.

Customers agree to:

Declare correct weight, size, and nature of goods

We may refuse transport of prohibited, illegal, or unsafe goods.
The following items are strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing:

Illegal goods
Perishable goods without prior arrangement
Flammable or explosive items
Unlawful substances
The customer will be liable for any penalties or damages resulting from undeclared prohibited goods.
While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, all delivery dates are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Traffic conditions
Weather events
Mechanical breakdowns
Government restrictions
Events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure)
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage unless insurance is specifically agreed in writing. We are not a common carrier and do not provide automatic transit insurance unless agreed in writing.
Claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or agreement.
Late payments may incur interest charges.
We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
